Douglas A. Caniglia, President and Founder of DCI Construction, Inc. also established The Rhode Island Partnership Foundation a 501 (c) (3) non-profit organization. RIPF is dedicated to providing charitable support for special causes in the State of Rhode Island. The Rhode Island Partnership Foundation and Roger Williams Park Zoo have made an ongoing commitment for the past five years holding a charity golf tournament in an effort to provide additional fundraising for the Zoo. The proceeds of this event have gone towards memberships, learning programs and core capital improvements. In addition, the RIPF underwrites specific Zoo Membership Programs that benefit under privileged children, as well as, other non-profit organizations in Rhode Island.
Over the past five years Douglas A. Caniglia and the Rhode Island Partnership Foundation, have provided direct funding and benefits to organizations and partners such as the Roger Williams Park Zoo and Rhode Island Zoological Society, DCYF, Rhode Island Foster Families, Saint Mary's Home for Children, and Big Sisters of Rhode Island.
